You are not just another patient—as a Health Life Work Medical Care Member, the doctor will continuously reassess, monitor, and support you every step of the way throughout your health journey!

 

Membership includes:

  • Free onboarding visit for new patients to ensure understanding of available services, policies, digital communication channels, and other important resources

  • One virtual check-in meeting per month

  • Weekly progress assessments and check-ins
  • Unlimited text messaging through our secure app for non-urgent issues
  • Free access to Cronometer Gold nutrition tracking app (~$130 value)
  • Tools prescribed to cultivate problem-solving skills to achieve your personal and professional goals
  • Priority access to special events and workshops

 

Membership does not include costs for:

  • Diagnostic test or blood work

  • Any care related to referred health care practitioner that is not part of Health Life Work Medical Care (for example, physical therapist, personal trainer, nutritionist, cardiologist, etc.)

  • Membership Specialty Packages, including Group Visits and Group Cooking Classes

Membership Specialty Packages

By signing up as a Health Life Work Medical Care Member, you have access to our exclusive Specialty Packages and Group Sessions that offer more intensive assessments to acquire even more precise doctor-guided experiences and learnings that further cultivate a growth mindset in you—ready to boost your confidence to control your health, life, and work performance?

Please note that Specialty Packages will incur a one-time assessment fee of $300/hr with a $100 deposit.  This is because further understanding and gathering of information specific to you is required so that we can enhance your existing Health Life Work care with the thoughtfulness that you deserve.  Total assessment cost will depend on the depth of assessment that you and your doctor agree upon that would be of most benefit to you and will only be charged with your consent.
