Health Life Work Medical Care Origin Story
A Lifelong Journey of Learning
Throughout my career, the more I learned, the more I realized there was so much more to explore. Each phase of my education has been driven by a desire to fill gaps in patient care. Early on, I felt something was missing—I wasn't fully equipped to guide my patients through the complexities of the healthcare system. This led me to pursue a Master of Public Administration at NYU, helping me develop the business acumen to navigate healthcare with confidence and clarity.

Bridging Health and the Workplace
My curiosity didn’t stop there. I was drawn to occupational and environmental medicine because it offered a unique perspective on how our environments, especially the workplace, shape health. Board certification deepened my understanding of promoting well-being in this space.
Empowering Patients Through Technology
As technology became more central to healthcare, I grew frustrated with how clinical informatics was being applied. Pursuing board certification in clinical informatics allowed me to harness technology in ways that truly empower patients, particularly by presenting data that makes health decisions clearer.

The Power of Coaching
I then turned to coaching because I saw the profound impact of helping people unlock their own potential. I wanted to guide people toward discovering their own insights, strengths, and strategies—not just dispense knowledge. With my National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach credential, I formalized a skill I’ve come to cherish: helping others transform their lives in a way that feels authentic and aligned with their values.

Food as Medicine
Nutrition, too, held untapped potential. I pursued culinary medicine, fascinated by how food can heal and transform health. Becoming a certified culinary medicine specialist has allowed me to help patients see food as medicine, using it as a tool for positive, lasting change.

Lifestyle Medicine: A Personal Calling
Lifestyle medicine became a deeply personal calling after seeing how it transformed the health of myself, my family, and patients alike. Now board-certified in lifestyle medicine, I aim to give patients the freedom to align their health with their values, empowering them to make choices that support their long-term well-being.

A Personalized Approach to Care
Today, I blend occupational health and lifestyle medicine into a high-touch approach that addresses personal health, enhances work performance, and prevents burnout. By focusing on the often-overlooked factors that influence health and productivity, I strive to create personalized care plans that truly resonate with each individual. My goal is simple-to help people feel their best in all aspects of life and work, so they can thrive without sacrificing their health and well-being. I look forward to helping you discover the person you are looking to be and live as!

With deepest thanks for your trust,
